Classes are customized for your skill level. Schedule a time at your convenience.
Training Facility
Class size: Maximum of 4 students. This allows plenty of time for individual hands on instruction.
Shop: 40’x30’ shop with four work benches
Equipment: Pittsburg, Easy edger, 8’ Brake, 4’ Box & Pan Brake, Slitting Shear, 3’ Stomp Shear, Combination Beading machine, Cheek Bender, Spot Welder, English Wheel, Etc
Hand Tools: Various snips, Awls, Metal markers, squares, Dividers, Rules, Hand Seamers, Etc.
Requests: Individualized fabrications are welcomed. Call for details.
Custom Fabrications: Individual and company orders are accepted.
OSHA: Safety regulations are practiced at all times.
Safety: Is Job # 1.
Prohibited: NO DRUGS or ALCOHOL on site.

HOW LONG IS THE CLASS? WHEN IS THE CLASS?
The class is 3 days and includes use of hand tools, all sheetmetal equipment, blueprints, handouts, metal and all other related materials. Classes are scheduled with Jackie via email or telephone. Classes are 3 days and go from 8am to 4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break on your own. Complimentary beverages and snacks are provided.
HOW MUCH IS THE CLASS?
The class is $1,200Â for 3 days of instruction. Class size is a maximum of 4 students for maintaining quality of instruction.
WHAT IS YOUR SPECIALTY?
I specialize in teaching unit replacements also known as "change-outs". I am also an expert in transitions and plenums for the supply and return connections. All work is hands-on in my class. You will learn how to do a variety of ductwork from straight duct to square-to-round. Jackie is happy to cover any of your instructional needs and can customize learning objectives for your or your business.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
You will learn how to lay out, fabricate, assemble, and install sheetmetal ductwork from a flat sheet. Any other ductwork fabrications you would like to learn can be included to customize your class to your specific needs.
